Abstract

In this global era, people with various activities and interests take turns, sometimes can make an individual or a group experience disjunction or contact with other individuals or groups that will lead to conflict. Prolonged conflicts can sometimes worsen the social fabric of society. However, conflict also plays a positive role in strengthening unity and eliminating internal conflicts within a group. Conflict wherever the form is something that naturally happens. Conflict always exists in every social system. It can be said that conflict is a characteristic of the social system. Without conflict a relationship will not live. Whereas the absence of conflict can indicate the suppression of a problem that will one day emerge an explosion that is truly chaotic. For that we need a theory that can suppress and even eliminate conflicts that occur in social life.
